Introduction
These terms describe use of the Games Crest studio website, portfolio, development notes and inquiry form. A separate agreement governs commissioned work. Any game made available through another platform can have its own terms.
Overview
Use the site responsibly and respect the rights of Games Crest and other contributors. Sending a project inquiry begins a discussion and does not itself create a development contract.
Using the website
You may browse public pages, read project descriptions and share links. You may contact the studio with a genuine inquiry about services, an existing discussion or a problem with the website.
Misuse
Do not submit spam, misrepresent your identity, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation or send material that infringes another party’s rights. Do not include private credentials in a project brief.
Third-party content
Portfolio material and reference artwork can include content belonging to other rights holders. Linked websites are managed by their own providers. Their services, terms and privacy practices are their responsibility.
Purchases and virtual items
This studio website does not sell virtual currency or game items. If a game offers purchases, review its specific terms and the relevant store information before buying.
Subscriptions
The studio inquiry form does not create a paid subscription. Any recurring arrangement for development services must be set out separately in writing.
Payments and refunds
The website does not process customer payments. A project agreement or the platform through which a purchase is made will describe the relevant payment and cancellation arrangements. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Advertising
The current studio website does not run an advertising network. A displayed portfolio example does not mean a third party endorses Games Crest.
Availability and responsibility
We may change website content and features as the studio evolves. Descriptions of previous projects provide context for that work and do not promise a particular outcome for another project. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law protects.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes the information received through this website and the project inquiry service.
Intellectual property
Viewing a page does not transfer ownership of artwork, source code, designs or trademarks. Obtain the appropriate rights holder’s permission before reproducing or distributing material. A commissioned project’s ownership and licensing terms belong in its written agreement.
Platforms and stores
If you visit a store, platform or game service linked from this site, its own conditions may apply. Platform requirements can differ from the terms for this studio website.
Technical requirements
Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled for interactive features such as the inquiry form. Individual game builds can have different hardware and software requirements, which should be checked where those builds are offered.
Access and abuse
We may restrict requests that appear abusive or compromise availability. Contact the studio if you believe a legitimate request has been blocked.
Project agreements and updates
